Dear Loving Brother Gary and Sister Shelley,
Greetings in the name of Jesus. We are all doing well. We received your e-mail, and wanted to let you know that the lepers are so happy about the clothes and money gift of 100 rupees INR each you gave to them. I am here with submitting to you some of the witness reports and testimonies of those who were healed by laying on of hands and anointing of oil and blessed through your prayers.
A. Rajahmundry Apostolic church:
I arranged two meetings on Friday of fasting and a pastors fellowship in our area. A total of 70 people were healed by the prayers of Pastor Gary Schafer. Out of which I am giving 10 witnesses for your kind perusal.
1. B. Marthamma, suffering with pain in her back bone was healed through your prayers and praised God.
2. K. Swapna, a handicapped girl was miraculously healed and able to walk without any support now. She experienced the miracle power of God after suffering for five years.
3. V. Lakshmi, who suffered with urinary tract infection, was healed on the spot and praised God.
4. M. Munamma, a staunch believer in God experienced the baptism of the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking with tongues. It is the first experience in my church and all are able to taste the Love of God through your prayers.
5. R. Chendramma, who is suffering with brain hemorrhage for the last four years was healed by the laying on of your hands and prayers.
6. K. Janakamma, who was declared to be a T.B patient, attended our meetings in a hopeless condition, but our merciful God healed her through your prayers. Now she is breathing so easily and able to sing for Jesus.
7. M. Swarna was a chronic diabetes patient. She spent a lot of money for her medical treatment but it was all in vain. As a last resort she came to our meeting beseeching God for her healing. Our God proved His ability and healed her through your prayers.
8. R. Goyyamma was affected with mild heart attach. I invited her to our meeting and she participated in our healing prayers. Now she is feeling some peace and easiness in her heart and praising God. I can show you in your next visit to India.
9. M. Sarogini attended our meetings with the decision to live or die, because her husband was troubling her with terrible sadism. She was vexed with the senseless persecution from him and came with the decision to have prayer and be blessed by the people of God like you. It was her commitment that if she did not get a response from Jesus, she had decided to commit suicide. One week after prayer she came and witnessed in the Church that her husband had also changed his mind and was interested in attending church. Now she is so happy and witnessing that Jesus saved her through your prayers.
10. R. Kavita is the daughter of a poor carpenter. Her parents are unable to give her a good education or get her married. So she committed it to Jesus and believed that if she was prayed for and blessed by Godly people like you, the way for her marriage would be opened. With this hope she came and was prayed for by you. To her great surprise a gentleman working in a renowned company as a permanent worker came with his parents and confirmed to be married to her within a month. She believes that it is only the result of your prayers. During month of May, her marriage is scheduled. Her joy knows no bounds.
These are the major witnesses at Rajahmundry area. There are many people healed from general physical ailments, like headache, stomach pains, sore throat, heart weakness, nerve weakness, diarrhea, chicken gunya etc.
B. Night meeting in Purusottapalli village:
Five meetings were arranged by Pastor Kaleb, and approximately 120 people were healed by the power of God and the prayers of Pastor Gary Schafer, out of which I am giving, 7 witnesses for your kind perusal.
1. M. Abbulu, healed from kidney pain.
2. K. Mary, healed from the pain in her back bone due to an accident.
3. Ch. Krupa Ratnam, found the tumor in her throat disappeared after your prayer.
4. T. Lazar, healed from whooping cough and Tuberculosis.
5. Suresh (17years old) suffered from defective eyes and was miraculously healed through the name of Jesus and your prayers. Now his eyes are set right and he can see everything.
6. Lakshmi kumari, had a complaint about her uterus and was directed by the Doctors to have an operation. As a result of your fervent prayers she is healed and the Doctors have happily declared that there is no need of an operation. Many people were surprised to hear the good news. All glory to God!
7. G. Raju, was handicapped and was unable to walk at all. He attended our meeting and received prayer and a healing and now can walk with a walker or stick. We believe this a healing that will take time.
These are the major witnesses at my pastors churches in Rajahmundry. There were many people healed from general physical ailments.
Among the rest, 90 people witnessed that they accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior and are seeking God for the fullness of the acts 2:38 salvation. Some antisocial elements like Nexalites also confessed their sins and are attending our meetings. You came unexpected at the rainy season. It was my personal witness that my Jesus heard my prayers and stopped the rains in our area. We experienced 4 cyclones but our Jesus saved us.
